This series 55 mainsheet traveller car has a st.steel rotating stirrup to transfer the mainsheet block load evenly into the car body which runs on torlon ball bearings. The central slot in the stirrup is used to attach block RF159109A and the two side holes are intended for the back up mainsheet system should the primary system fail. The control lines are attached to the car via al.alloy hooks. |
