This series 100 through deck sheave box has been designed to lead the control lines on the transverse jib system below deck on the SWS-96 "Sorceress". This sheave box is used on the starboard side of the boat, a handed "twin" of this sheave box B100-1368 is used on the port side of the boat. Two series 100 plain bearing sheaves and one series 75 plain bearing sheave are used in each sheave box. All sheaves use torlon ball bearings for side thrust. This sheave box is used in conjunction with outboard end fitting G055-1182,inboard track end fitting G055-1183,Transverse genoa car G055-1181 and floating block B100-1371 on each side of the boat. |
