This block has been designed for use as the lower running backstay block on this performance cruiser trimaran providing a 4:1 purchase. The block has a very high MWL of 4000 kg for its size and will handle up to 14mm diameter rope. The al.alloy cheek plates are CNC machined for high strength and minimal weight. The 75mm and 60mm diameter sheaves used in this block are plain bearing with side thrust ball bearings for high efficiency. |
