This genoa car is fitted with a custom plain bearing 150mm diameter sheave. An Al.alloy towing lug is fitted to the forward end of the car for the securing of a removeable towing strop to connect this car to a staysail car (G055-0788)fitted to the same track. A plunger stopper is also fitted to the aft end of this car for securing the car in position if continual adjustment is not required if cruising. All St.steel components fitted to this car have a glass blasted finish at the owners request. |
