This series 26 spinnaker pole car is fitted with a quick release joint for fast removal of the spinnaker pole.Once the spinnaker pole ball is located into the barrel the locking button at the top of the car is pushed down by hand thus locking the pole into position.To remove the spinnaker pole the pole is lifted from the barrel at the same time as the release handle is pushed down on the sides of the car tower. The car bearing system is the captive ball bearing system. Control line blocks can be lashed to the ends of the car body via the machined tow attach points. Ball joints RC00212 with M10 stud or RC00213 with M12 stud can be ordered seperately for fixing to the end of the spinnaker pole. |
