This eight sheave deck organiser is used to deflect halyards aft (approximately 20 degree deflection)from the around the mast halyard blocks. The 30mm diameter outboard sheaves have been turned from st.steel in order to handle the high load of the genoa sheet inhauler.All other sheaves are 40mm diameter delrin.All sheaves used are plain bearing. Deck fixing screws are 8mm diameter and cheek plates are 3mm thick al.alloy to handle the "tripping" effect of the double stacked organiser. |
