This product is generally used on the coach roof of a yacht to cross a loaded line from one side of the boat to the other where an available winch may be found. The block bearing surface of torlon needle bearings and delrin side thrust bearings is based on the series 75 Orbit block design. Several of these blocks can be used in a line and used as an open sheave deck organiser. This block is secured to the deck with two M8 Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws, which are hidden below the top cover plate .To maintain or check the bearing surface the block does not need to be removed from the deck ,the cover plate can simply be removed for inspection. |
